Initial distribution for Art Points:

Artacle is distributing a significant quantity of Art Points in an “airdrop” model for previous transactions. Points are being calculated based on the following criteria:

▪ Scope: all Ethereum based generative art collections and all AI art collections listed on Artacle that have produced sales since June 2022

▪ Threshold for earning points: paid royalties > 0.5% of listing price

▪ Listing sellers: earn 90% of art points from a transaction

▪ Listing buyer: earn 10% of art points from a transaction

▪ Offer acceptor: earns 100% of Art Points from a transaction

▪ Offer initiator: earns 0% of Art Points from a transaction

▪ Artacle OG boost: +15%

Additional Art Points for extended holding:

Holders will receive additional Art Points for holding digital art tokens: ▪ Scope: all Ethereum based generative art collections and all AI art collections listed in ARTCL and ARTCL AI indices

▪ Accounting period starting from June 2022
